Conducted 30+ interviews through UserZoom for various LOB's to gain customer feedback on designs and leverage their ideas for moving the business forward to empower customers through their finances. These interviews required setting up introductory paragraphs to give the interviewee an understanding at a high level of the project and the ability to facilitate a conversation with confidence while establishing a comfortable environment for the interviewee.
