Took dealer feedback and other data gathered during the calls to create a value provided for the business summary. This summary was used to demonstrate a visual end-to-end User Journey that showed the interactive Dealer to Business touch-points. Using dealer reviews and testimonials paired with internal business metrics and data to visualize what dealers' interaction will look like for current state and two iterations of future state versions. This information was paired with statement releases that updated the customers of the new transitions to our Customer to Dealer Payment system and Dealer to Business payment system.
