Built a list of screener questions with a green acceptance path. This list was used to streamline the interaction time between first talking to a potential test participant and interviewing them. This forum allowed for us to have a more accurate understanding of who our customers are and if they meet the criteria we are testing. This approach ensured we did not waste a participant's time with further communications if their demographics were not met.
